Site redesign

This is text for my redesign, I don't really know what I'm doing right now I just need to make it look better than it does. I've quickly dumped the site onto my hosting space to see what's gonna break because of their silly permissions... time to get some grownup space.

Last year Simon and I had to move into one of the houses his parents rent out, and although it isn't perfect living arrangements it does have one massive plus side... 3 apple trees and two pear trees! We harvested all the apples we could.

Chatham house

This is my biggest project to date, and I don't think I'd have got through it if I had realised at the beginning what Chatham House really is and how big they really are! This project had a really short deadline and the pressure was on from day one - but I loved doing it.

I'm a web designer working at Code Enigma and living in Bristol. I once (three times) helped coordinate Frontend United and have volunteered at several Drupal events and started speaking at events about two years ago.

When I'm not working on making the web a beautiful place I like to be in the great outdoors or with friends watching a good film or having a good sing-along to some obscure rock band. I have a love for anything homemade, especially cakes, but also like to try my hand at several different crafts. Making several things for my home myself, such as curtains, a lampshade and wicker baskets. If I could get up early enough on a Sunday I'd be scouring the car-boots for some wacky finds or tending to the chickens and veg garden.
